Who we are
365 Whys is published by Dream Burst Books. This policy covers the website at 365whys.com. If you have any question about it, email hello@365whys.com.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is the email address (and a first name, if you choose to add one) you type into a signup form on this site. We don't run user accounts, we don't take payment here — buying happens over on Amazon — and we don't collect anything you don't enter yourself.
How we use it
We use your email address to:
• Send you the free weekly Why you signed up for.
• Deliver the free bonus materials you requested.
• Once in a while, tell you about a new book in the series.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone. Ever.
The services we rely on
To manage the email list and send messages, we use a third-party email platform (we currently use systeme.io). Your email is stored with them, under their own privacy and security terms.
The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and it loads fonts and a couple of small animation scripts from Google Fonts and jsDelivr so the pages look and move the way they should. We do not run advertising trackers, and this site does not set marketing cookies.
Children's privacy
365 Whys is made for kids, but this website and its signup forms are meant for the grown-ups who buy and read the books. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email hello@365whys.com and we'll delete it promptly.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link — one click and you're off the list for good. You can also email us any time to see what information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data; just ask, and we'll honor them.
Links to other sites
When you click a "Buy on Amazon" link, you leave 365whys.com and Amazon's own privacy policy takes over. We're not responsible for how other companies handle your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page. If it's a big change, we'll mention it in an email.
